Terms of Service

1. Service description

CuriosityLoop is a web application operated by Zylean AS that enables authorised users to review and publish AI-assisted educational short-form videos to their connected TikTok accounts via TikTok’s official Content Posting API.

2. Eligibility

To use CuriosityLoop you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
  • Have the legal authority to connect that TikTok account to third-party services
  • Comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited

3. Authorised TikTok account usage

When you connect your TikTok account, you grant CuriosityLoop permission to submit videos to that account on your behalf, only after your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing each video and its publishing settings before confirming
  • Ensuring that the content you approve complies with TikTok’s policies
  • Maintaining the security of your TikTok account credentials
  • Disconnecting your account if you no longer wish to use the service

4. User responsibility for content and publishing decisions

CuriosityLoop generates content for your review. You make the final decision to publish. By clicking “Post to TikTok” and confirming the consent checkbox, you accept responsibility for that publishing decision. We do not publish content to your account without your explicit, per-video confirmation.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use CuriosityLoop to:

  • Publish content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
  • Distribute misinformation, hate speech, or content that incites harm
  • Impersonate any person, organisation, or brand
  • Circumvent platform safety systems or rate limits
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service’s APIs
  • Use the service for automated publishing without human review

6. Intellectual property

CuriosityLoop uses AI models and third-party tools to generate video content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable copyright and intellectual property law. We make no warranty regarding the originality or non-infringement of AI-generated content.

The CuriosityLoop name, logo, and web application are owned by Zylean AS. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

7. Third-party services

CuriosityLoop depends on TikTok, Supabase, Replit, n8n, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Creatomate. We are not responsible for the availability, terms, or behaviour of these services. Changes to TikTok’s API or policies may affect functionality.

8. Availability and service changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including platform policy changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding views, engagement, followers, or any form of social media performance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Zylean AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or account suspension by TikTok.

11. Termination

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account and ceasing use. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, at our sole discretion.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will post the updated effective date on this page.
