From curiosity to published video
CuriosityLoop handles content creation so you can focus on what matters: reviewing ideas you're proud to put your name on.
🔑 You retain full control over what is posted. CuriosityLoop never publishes to your TikTok account without your explicit confirmation.
Idea Generation & Research
CuriosityLoop identifies an educational topic with genuine learning value—not clickbait. The system researches the idea using credible sources, verifies accuracy, and notes any important caveats or nuances before anything is written.
Topics span science, technology, history, nature, mathematics, and more. The goal is always clarity: making something genuinely complex accessible to a curious audience.
Script & Visual Production
A short-form script is drafted—designed for the pace and format of vertical video. Scene-by-scene illustrations are generated to match each beat, a professional voiceover is created with ElevenLabs, and subtitles are added automatically.
The full video is assembled using Creatomate, ensuring consistent pacing, on-screen text, and visual quality. No raw or unprocessed output reaches the review queue.
The Review Queue
The completed video appears in your CuriosityLoop dashboard. You see exactly what will be posted: the full vertical video preview, the proposed caption, hashtags, duration, and content category.
Nothing is sent to TikTok at this stage. The video waits for your decision.
Your Review
You open the video detail page and watch the full preview. You can read and edit the proposed caption before approving. The system shows QA status and source information when available.
You are in full control of what you post. There is no automatic or background publishing.
Publishing Settings
Before publishing, CuriosityLoop queries TikTok's Creator Info API to fetch your real account capabilities. The available privacy options are loaded from TikTok directly—not from hardcoded values.
You explicitly choose the privacy level, and can control comments, Duet, and Stitch settings based on what TikTok says is available for your account.
Explicit Confirmation
A final confirmation screen shows the video preview, your chosen settings, and a consent statement: "I confirm that I have reviewed this video and its publishing settings, and I authorize CuriosityLoop to submit it to my connected TikTok account."
The "Post to TikTok" button remains disabled until you check the consent box. There is no way to bypass this step.
TikTok Submission
After confirmation, CuriosityLoop submits the video to your authorized TikTok account via the official Content Posting API. The video file is uploaded server-side—your browser never handles the upload directly.
An internal publication ID is used to prevent duplicate submissions if you accidentally click twice or the request is retried.
Status Tracking
TikTok processes the upload in stages. CuriosityLoop polls the official status endpoint and displays each stage: upload processing, TikTok processing, published, or failed.
Upload success and publication are treated as separate states. The video is only marked published when TikTok confirms it.
